I am an astrophysicist at the University of St Andrews.

My research is focussed on developing the theory behind:
-  prominence formation in the stellar magnetic fields of low mass, rapidly rotating stars, 

- co-rotating interaction regions on other stars.

- In other words, I try to understand how (and why) cloud-like structures can form on young, low mass stars like the Sun.
